More than 50 competitors attended the Conception Bay North Open on February 10. All throughout the day there were many exciting and competitive matches.
The action through out the day was excellent with many nail biting matches. The high light of the day was an Under 11 event which was saw six entries with all but one playing in their first table tennis tournament. According to the smiles on all their faces the future table tennis stars all had an excellent time!
A large number of juniors were in attendance as well getting in some last minute competition in preparation for the upcoming NL Winter Games. No doubt the NL Games is going to be exciting with have many highly contested matches and should be a treat for all athletes and spectators.
