Canada Games

The Canada Games brings together more than 2,000 able-bodied athletes and athletes with physical and intellectual disabilities for the largest amateur multi-sport event in the country.

Team Requirements

​

Age Classification: Under 19 as of December 31, 2026(Year of birth: 2008 or later)

Team Size: 3 Males, 3 Females, 1 Coach, 1 Manager

The NLTTA is looking to fill two positions (coach and manager) for the next Canada Winter Games in Quebec City in 2027.  The deadline to apply is January 31, 2025.  See the listing below for the positions' qualifications and requirements.

CG Coach/Manager Listing

The 2023 Canada Winter Games will be held February 18 to March 5 2023 in Prince Edward Island. Table Tennis is an official sport that will take place during the first week of the games.  Competition will from February 19 - 24 involving provincial teams of 2 male and 2 female athletes.

Red Deer 2019

In June 2018 the selection for Team NL for the 2019 Canada Winter Games in Red Deer, Alberta became official. The final team will consist of Sarah Warren, Karlee Warren, Laura Callahan, Ty Winsor, Michael Hiscock and Tyler Green. Madison Clarke and Adrian Green have also been selected as alternates and Mark Warren Is the Head Coach.
