Well the 2025-26 season has now started as a couple of clubs have begun and the first NLTTA tournament is just days away.
The Corner Brook Table Tennis Club is up and running and is operating out of the Civic Center Annex in Corner Brook. For more info contact Eric Cranford at ericcranford61@gmail.com. On the east coast, the Paradise Table Tennis Club has resumed its usual Monday night operation out of the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Center. For more info on the Paradise Club contact Merv Greenham at merv37@hotmail.com

Also of interest is the addition of some Saturday evenings at the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Center. Jiaqi Mu is the person looking after this.
He is also gauging the interest in having a 2 v 2 Team Table Tennis League which sounds like it could be a blast!!!!!!!!! Here are some of the details that are known at the this time.
Format
Teams of 2 players.
Matches are best-of-five: A1–B1, A2–B2, Doubles(A1+A2 vs B1+B2), A1–B2, A2–B1.
Competition will use round robin format.
Two divisions for balance:
Group A: team rating ≤ 2800
Group B: team rating ≤ 800
Example: If your rating is 1200 and your partner is 1500, your combined team rating is 2700, so you’ll play in Group A.

In order to help prepare players for tournaments/competitions that have Team and Doubles competition, such as Canada Games and the Atlantic Tables Tennis Championships, the NLTTA is conducting a survey regarding the inclusion of a Doubles event into NLTTA sanctioned tournaments.
We have created a short 6 question survey designed to gauge the interest of the table tennis community regarding adding doubles events to some NLTTA sanctioned tournaments. We ask that you take a few minutes to complete the anonymous survey and thank you for helping the growth of table tennis in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The button below will take you to the survey.
Thank you for your participation.
